I've a limited budget. What should I do?

DON'T START PRICE SHOPPING! Price shopping is great for products such as TV sets or cars, where you can make objective comparisons based on BRANDS and MODELS.

However, when it comes to investing in your future, SPENDING a few hundred dollars more on your language course could mean EARNING thousands of dollars more for the rest of your life! In our globalized world, speaking two, three or four languages, CORRECTLY, is a BIG PLUS in the labor market, fetching significantly higher remuneration.

Keep in mind, a language course (as almost all other kind of services) is based on HUMAN capital. And it's precisely the quality of human capital that defines the cost of your language course. The more expensive programs offer you better qualified teachers with a higher level of professionalism. These schools invest in training their staff members and use modern, up to date learning materials. Cheaper programs simply can't afford to do this, meaning a language course with a much lower return on investment! Learning a language is a LIFE TIME investment, and you should seriously consider what it's worth to you to know another language. For example, if you start learning a language, but your teachers (due to a lack of professionalism) don't correct your pronunciation, it will be much harder for you to correct it in the future. Much larger, additional expenditures might be required.

Nevertheless, there are several, COST CONSCIOUS ways you can save money on your language instruction, without sacrificing quality.

- Enroll for super intensive programs (4 + hrs./day). Although intensive programs might seem more expensive on a week base rate, it’s actually a way to save money. You will spend less for accommodations because your stay is shorter. In some cases, one week of super intensive programs equals one month of traditional language training.

- Enroll as early as possible. The earlier you enroll, the earlier you can make your travel arrangements, AND the cheaper your airfares will be.

- Spend less on travel and accommodations. In addition to saving on airfare, consider arriving at the school on public transportation. The school’s airport pick-up service may be quite comfortable, but good savings are possible using public transportation. Then, save big on accommodations by sharing a room with someone.

- If you are flexible on dates, wait for the special promotions some schools offer. Subscribe to our newsletter and get access to special promotions, EXCLUSIVELY available to our subscribers.

Can I get academic credit?

Yes, although not all our partner schools can do so. If a school offers credit, this is mentioned on the 'school facts sheet' and in the program overview.

What are the benefits of one-on-one instruction?

ONE hour of one-on-one instruction equals TWO hours of traditional class room study. Additionally, it helps you to focus on the things you really need to learn. One-on-one is definitely recommended for learning a language quickly.

Will it be more expensive to enroll directly in the school of my choice rather than through Exito Languages®?

No. Enrolling through Exito Languages® costs the same as enrolling though a school or agent. In some cases our programs are even cheaper.

Why does Exito Languages® speak about partner schools without mentioning the names of the schools as some other representatives do?

There is no big secret behind the names of our partner schools. We just want to make sure that the information we provide you is objective. Some of our partner schools are well known institutions, while others are smaller schools worth considering. By not mentioning the name of our partner schools until you decide to enroll, we can ensure you an objective choice, not influenced by any marketing efforts or well known brand names. Nevertheless, if you want, just ask us the name of any school and we will be pleased to provide it. And remember, enrolling through Exito Languages® doesn’t cost more. In some cases we even offer discounts unavailable anywhere else.
