standard of living is similar back home.
** Cost of living: 5 (maximum) indicates that
cost of living is similar back home.
*** Availability of first-class facilities: 5 (maximum)
indicates that facilities such as good hospitals
and airports are available.
**** "Quality" of the Spanish language:
Pronunciation variations in different countries
cannot be rated as good or bad. However, they
can be rated as 'most frequently' used. 5 (maximum)
indicates most used.
***** Safety: 5 (maximum) indicates that the
safety rate is excellent. Latin America has a
reputation for being unsafe, but this is partly
untrue. Safety problems arise in avoidable areas.
